Creatinine is a waste product produced by muscles and filtered by the kidneys. High levels may indicate kidney problems.
eGFR (estimated Glomerular Filtration Rate) estimates kidney function, based on creatinine levels, age, and gender. A lower eGFR may suggest impaired kidney function.
