Legal DNA Test
Our Legal DNA paternity and relationship tests are conducted at our trusted, accredited partner laboratory. The laboratory is recognized by the Minister of Justice and is ISO 17025 accredited under Section 20 of the Family Law Reform Act 1969. Additionally, it holds certifications from Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments (CLIA), College of American Pathologists (CAP), and is Home Office approved.
-
All Legal test results are valid for submission to immigration agencies or courts as legal proof.
-
The samples are collected by a neutral third party, such as a doctor, nurse, or qualified Kuon Healthcare phlebotomist.
-
A qualified healthcare professional will visit your home to collect the DNA sample. They will verify identification, complete all required paperwork, and send the package to laboratory for testing.
-
Legal testing is conducted to resolve matters related to family law, immigration, inheritance rights, and more.
-
Rest assured, your results are entirely confidential, and your personal genetic information is never shared or sold to any third parties.
